General Questions About Brandedby

What are your minimum order quantities?
Quantities depend on the product. You can find the minimum quantities on the
products page.
What’s the process for creating a design?
When you place an order for the products you desire, you upload your logo on the
product page. Afterward, we create designs tailored to your logo and send them to
you. Once you approve the designs, we proceed with production.
What options are available if I haven’t prepared my artwork yet?
Don’t worry, if you don’t have artwork, just sending us your logo will be sufficient. If
you don’t have a logo either, we can create a logo design for you that matches your
business colors, and then use this logo on your products.
Do you offer samples?
Yes sure. We can send you samples of the work we have done previously.
Do I get to see a proof before printing?
Yes, sure. We send you the designs of our products before they go into production,
and you can make changes to them until we receive your approval. Once you
approve, we proceed to the production stage
What if I can’t find my desired product or the right size?
No problem at all. If you can’t find the product or sizes you’re looking for, please
contact us. We can customize the products and sizes for you.
How can I determine the correct format for sending my design?
Please send your logo/designs in PDF or AI format.
Is there a return policy in case I’m not satisfied with my products?

If there is damage or incorrect printing on the products, you can return them. If you
believe such a situation has occurred, please get in touch with us.

Can I make changes to my order or design after I’ve submitted it and paid?

You can make changes to the products and designs until you approve the designs.
Unfortunately, once the designs are approved, we cannot make any changes to the
products or designs.

Is there an option to view a printed sample of my artwork before finalizing the order?

Unfortunately, we cannot send you a printed sample, but you will receive a digital
proof, and offer free sample packs showcasing other customers printed packaging,
this will show you the quality of products we produce.

Materials&Sustainability

Is your packaging sustainable/eco-friendly?
Brandedby offer affordable, high quality environmentally friendly packaging
solutions. All of our products are either: Compostable, Biodegradable or
Recyclable from sustainably managed sources. All of our paperboard products are
made with recycled materials, and we continue to find ways to make them even
more eco-friendly and guilt-free for our clients.
Can I choose special materials for my products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customisation options for materials at this time. The
materials listed on each product page is the only option available for that item.

Pricing&Ordering

Is it possible to place orders in quantities larger than what’s shown on the product pages?
Yes, sure. We have the capacity to produce as much quantity as you need. Please
contact us for this.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most debits and credit cards.
What factors influence the pricing of my order?
Actually, the answer to this question varies for each product, but there are still
some important features we need to mention. The number of colors in your logo,
product dimensions, quantities, delivery time, color, and material of the product are
some of the key factors that affect pricing. However, each product has its own
unique features that determine its price, and you can see these features on the
product pages
Are VAT included in the prices?
Our products do not include VAT.

Shipping&Returns

What’s the delivery time?
The delivery time for our products is between 4 to 6 weeks, but if you have an
urgent request and need express delivery, please contact us.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don’t currently, but are looking to export to European countries in the near
future.
How will I know when my products will be arriving?
After approving the designs, the production process takes approximately 3 weeks.
We will inform you once the production process is completed. After the products
are shipped, we will provide you with real-time tracking updates, and we will also
notify you of the delivery date before delivering the products to you.
Will all the items I’ve ordered arrive together or separately?
We make an effort to deliver your orders together, but if you especially want certain
products to arrive early, please contact us.
