Product Condition: Please return any product in the same condition it was delivered, including the original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your purchase receipt.

Changing Your Mind: If you decide to cancel your order, there is a brief period after placing it and before approving artwork when we can stop the order and provide a refund. However, once artwork approval is confirmed, we are unable to initiate a refund since production and printing are already in progress.
