What is the minimum order quantity?+
Our minimum order is just 50 units for most products. This makes us ideal for small businesses, independent restaurants and new brands testing a product before scaling up.
Can I mix different designs in one order?+
Each design requires its own minimum order. However, if you're ordering multiple products (e.g. cups AND bags), each product line can have its own design.
How do I place an order?+
Simply browse our shop, add products to your cart, and check out. Alternatively, contact us for a custom quote on bespoke or large orders.
Can I reorder with the same design?+
Yes! Reorders are even faster β€” we keep your artwork on file. Reorder production is typically 3–5 working days, with a lower minimum of just 25 units.
Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Yes, we offer tiered pricing. The more you order, the lower the unit cost. Contact us for a custom quote on orders of 1,000+ units.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before artwork approval. Once printing begins, changes cannot be made.

🎨 Design & Artwork

Is design help free?+
Yes! Our in-house design team creates your artwork at no charge. Simply send us your logo, brand colours and any instructions, and we'll do the rest.
What file formats do you accept?+
We prefer AI, EPS, or PDF files with outlined fonts. We also accept high-resolution PNGs and JPEGs (300dpi minimum). We can work with most formats.
How many design revisions do I get?+
We offer unlimited revisions until you're happy. We want you to love your packaging β€” we won't rush you into approving something you're not 100% satisfied with.
Can I see a proof before printing?+
Absolutely. We send you a digital proof for approval before any printing begins. Production only starts after you give us the green light.
Do you offer physical samples?+
Yes! We offer free printed samples on most product lines. Contact us to request yours β€” allow 3–5 days for sample delivery.
What if I don't have a logo?+
We can help with basic logo creation for an additional fee, or recommend a designer partner. Contact us to discuss your options.

🚚 Delivery

Is delivery really free?+
Yes β€” free standard UK delivery on every order, with no minimum order value. We absorb this cost because we believe it's the right thing to do.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard production takes 5–7 working days. Add 3–5 days for free delivery, or 1–2 days for express delivery (Β£9.99). So typical door-to-door is 8–12 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?+
We currently deliver within the UK mainland only. We're exploring international shipping β€” contact us if you're outside the UK and we'll see what we can arrange.
How will I track my order?+
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track via your My Account dashboard.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund β€” whichever you prefer.

Yes, plain (unprinted) versions of most products are available at lower cost. These are great for small businesses that add their own labels or stamps.
What is the print quality like?+
We use high-quality lithographic and digital printing to ensure sharp, accurate reproduction of your brand. You can request a sample to see the quality for yourself.

Do I need an account to order?+
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, reorder easily, manage your designs and access exclusive deals.
What payment methods do you accept?+

Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your card details. Payments are processed via PCI-compliant payment providers.
