All orders placed on our website constitute an offer to purchase our products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Minimum order quantities apply to printed products. Please check individual product listings for specific minimums. Custom orders require artwork approval before production begins.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order placement.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Artwork and Custom Printing
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs you supply do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant us a licence to reproduce it for your order.
We will send you a digital proof for approval before printing. Production begins only after you have approved the proof. We are not responsible for errors in approved artwork.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, carrier delays, or industrial action.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when full payment is received.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom printed products are non-returnable unless they are defective or differ materially from the approved proof. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Brandedby or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandedby's total liability to you for any claims arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
